Another Wedding Prep Day...

Despite the coup attempt rumors and destabilization plots here and there, Laser and I, together with a friend, braved the streets of Manila last Sat for our first Divi trip together. We managed to get there just before the shops were about to open, and luckily for us, was able to find a good parking slot kagad. We scoured the streets of Divi for possible souvenir items and to find discounts for the kaek-ekans I'm planning for the reception. By 1030 am, we were done window shopping (only bought one tumpok of apple mangoes for only 20 bucks!)...already so pawis (init na talaga dito sa tin!) and hungry....but happy nevertheless, knowing we can now be able to go back to Divi confidently next time.

Next stop was to get other ring quotations. We went all the way from Manila to Meycauayan, where we went from shop to shop getting quotations for the rings. We have now narrowed down the choices to two...Laser will just take care of it, our target is to have the rings made before August (mahal na daw kasi pag -ber months).

Of course, to cap the tiring but fun wedding prep day, we went to the Wedding Expo in Megamall. There we also met with our photo-video supplier again, Lee Llamas, to give our 50% package payment. We also agreed to schedule our pre-nups on August...and he agreed for some studio shots before going on-location...yipee, I'm really excited na!

Was disappointed though with the expo...parang konti lang suppliers...most were photo-video stuff. It seems not worth the PhP25 entrance fee (wala pang paraffle...sad!hehe). Oh well...
